The Role: As our FOH Manager , you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations. From greeting guests to handling reservations and managing a fantastic reception team, you'll make every stay unforgettable.
The Essentials:
- Communication Champ: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Experienced Pro: 3-5 years in a 5-Star hotel front desk environment
- System Savvy: Skilled with Semper Hotel Management Software
- Customer-Focused: Ready to tackle guest complaints calmly and professionally
- Organised Leader: Strong in time management, supervision, and team motivation
- Hospitality-Flexible: Willing to work hospitality hours, including extended shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all reception duties, from inquiries and reservations to payments and commissions
- Ensure rates are set up and applied correctly
- Maintain strong communication with housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
- Manage guest information, payments, and room allocations with precision
- Maintain the guest database, handle day-end checks, and draft monthly rosters
- Host and conduct room checks as needed
- Report directly to the General Manager
